Booking Fees:

Blush & Brow Beauty requires a non-refundable booking fee for some services. The booking fee is redeemable off your final treatment price, the balance of which is due on the day of your appointment. The booking fee must be paid at the time of booking an appointment, or the requested appointment will automatically be forfeited. Failure to pay means you lose your selected appointment time. No appointments are held tentatively. The specific amount of the booking fee can be found on our website.

Cancellation Policy:

We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment and kindly request that you provide us with a minimum of 48 hours' notice, or fees will apply. For any changes outside of 48 hours, your booking fee is only eligible for transfer to another appointment under your name ONCE before it is forfeited.

Late Changes/Cancellations:

Late changes and cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment incur a 50% fee. For services with a paid booking fee, the booking fee is forfeited, and a new booking fee will be required for any further appointments.

No-Shows:

If you do not show up to your appointment, you will incur a 100% fee. If this goes unpaid, you will be blacklisted until this is paid.

Late Arrivals:

Although we try our best, we unfortunately cannot always accommodate late arrivals. If you are more than 15 minutes late, where possible, we will offer the next available appointment. If there is no available appointment on the day, our no-show fee applies.

General:

Upon your first visit, please allocate extra time to find the salon and suitable parking. We recommend the free council car park behind the building, accessible via Allan Street. Street parking at the front is limited to 1-2 hours. We kindly ask that you limit the use of your phone and other electronic devices during your service. As Blush & Brow Beauty is a service-based business, all payments are final and are strictly non-refundable due to the time, skill, and product used. We ask that you please exercise respect for our time, livelihood, and fellow clients.

Children:

It is best practice that children do not attend appointments with you, especially longer appointments such as cosmetic tattooing. This is not only for their own safety but for the comfort of all our clients attending the salon, as well as the other businesses operating within the same salon.

Gift Vouchers:

Terms & Conditions:

• Gift vouchers are valid for three years from the date of issue. The date of expiry is listed on the gift voucher.

• Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash.

• Gift vouchers cannot be topped up with more cash.

• Credit or change will not be issued for any unused portion of a gift voucher.

• Lost or stolen gift vouchers will not be replaced or refunded.
