Appointments

Blush & Brow Beauty operates by appointment only.

​

Booking Fees

Selected services require a non-refundable booking fee to secure your appointment.
This amount is applied toward your final treatment total, with the remaining balance due on the day.

​

Booking fees must be paid at the time of booking.
Unpaid appointments are not held and will be released automatically.

​

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any changes to your appointment.

Changes made outside of this window allow your booking fee to be transferred once to a new appointment under your name. After this, it will be forfeited.

Late Changes & Cancellations

Changes or cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a 50% fee.

For services with a booking fee, this amount will be forfeited, and a new booking fee will be required to secure a future appointment.

​

Missed Appointments/No-Shows

Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in the full-service fee being charged.

Outstanding balances must be settled prior to making any future bookings.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time to ensure the best possible result.

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled. Where this is not possible, the appointment will be treated as a missed appointment and fees will apply.

General

• Please allow extra time for parking and arrival, particularly for your first visit.

• To maintain a calm and considered environment, we kindly ask that phone use is kept to a minimum during your appointment.

• As a service-based business, all treatments are non-refundable.

Children

For safety and comfort, we ask that children do not attend longer appointments, such as cosmetic tattooing.

If children do attend shorter appointments, they must be supervised at all times. Food, drinks, and messy activities are not permitted within the studio. Any mess or damage remains the responsibility of the parent or guardian.

Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

Validity
Gift vouchers are valid for three (3) years from the date of issue. The expiry date is listed on each voucher and cannot be extended.

​

Redemption
Vouchers are redeemable for services at Blush & Brow Beauty only and cannot be used to purchase additional gift vouchers.

​

Use & Balance
Vouchers are treated as a pre-paid credit. Any remaining balance will remain on file for use within the validity period. No cash refunds or change will be provided.

​

Lost or Stolen Vouchers
Vouchers are treated as cash and will not be replaced if lost, stolen, or damaged.
